vim-ruby-xmpfilter provide keymap that helps you use 'xmpfilter' or
'seeing_is_believing' from Vim.

* insert/delete annotation mark " # =>".
* virtual keymap for marking and executing 'xmpfilter' or 'seeing_is_believing'
   against current bufffer.

xmpfilter is provided as part of rcodetools.
